1. Responsibility: Our awareness of the concept of responsibility obliges us to have the highest sense of accountability in the performance of our tasks. We shall continue to work with patience, face challenges with strong will, and supervise ourselves and our work. Our project is that of a whole nation, and our companion on this road is the Noble Qur’an. According to our team, responsibility means the degree of commitment we have and out understanding that the world needs the Noble Qur’an and its light.
2. Integrity: We shall holdfast to our values, call people to respect them, and encourage them to practice them in thought and deed. We also shall adhere to our principles to accomplish our goals in accordance with noble Islamic morals and regulations as well as human standards and ethical behavior.
3. Insistence on success: We insist on achieving success, as if we are seeing it. We do so because we are working to serve the Noble Qur’an and providing it for all those who need it. Our trust is in Almighty Allah, and then in ourselves, our ideas, our goals, our professionalism, and our partners. This trust will enable us to acquire the skill of dealing with challenges, and have confidence to overcome difficulties.
4. Proficiency: We take from the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) “Verily, Allah likes for each of you to perfect his work,” an entire system of management and leadership. Thus, we perform our jobs with the eye of a leader, and the hand of a professional, following the best standards to build this new model in charity work.
5. Creativity: We possess imagination, tolerant thinking and the ability to make good choices, which make us capable of continuous development, inspire us with creativity and success in accomplishing all that is in the interest of the beneficiaries of Sahm Al-Nour Project.
6. Partnership: We are all partners; from the happiness of the person benefiting from the copy of the Noble Qur’an to the excellence and reward of the founder. We are all partners; from the employee and the worker to the donor and the contributor. We are all partners; from the societies representing the project and the cooperative contracting companies to the scholars and leaders. Partnership means our respect for the system of relations that binds all those people. Partnership means our respect for other opinions, our comprehension of new ideas, and our hearty reception to cooperate with everyone to make the best common decision.
7. Transparency: We practice transparency to show how much we are committed to our goals. To us, transparency is a mirror that reflects the level of our credibility in front of our partners. We enable everyone from knowing different information about the aspects of the project, its operation mechanisms, reports of accomplishments, and financial budgets.
