How will the project present a civilizational image of Islam?

This project can present a civilizational model for Islamic projects, and a model for all charity organizations and authorities. The civilzational image of this project is evident in the following aspects:

1. Universal Participation: Sahm Al-Nour Trust project aims at giving Muslims all over the world the opportunity to participate and contribute in it, unlike many other charity projects whose range does not extend beyond the borders of their country or region. The extensive contribution of the Muslim public in every place is an image full of hope for the unity of this nation, their gathering to accomplish major goals, and their readiness to utilize all material potentials to serve, publish, and circulate the Noble Qur’an.

2. Use of International Standards: A project adopted by the nation, and aiming at serving humanity should not work in accordance with traditional standards, or be below a standard that suits its magnitude and mission. Thus, the standard set by Sahm Al-Nour for employing human resources are no less than those applied by the largest international organizations and corporations. This also applies to the facilities, services and modern appliances that are being used to serve the Noble Qur’an.

3. Receiving help and support from several prominent figures: The project enjoys the support of many prominent figures, leaders, scholars and renowned personalities known for their vast knowledge, merit, and moderation, in addition to their great contributions in various aspects of Muslims’ lives, such as charitable, social, scientific, legal and political fields.

4. Professionalism and Specialization: This is achieved through contracts made with several specialized corporations that have a record of many accomplishments in their fields.
